There is something about churches I really like.
Maybe is it simply the architecture, maybe is it not.
But I do think they are fantastic places to tackle the question of running imagination.
Whichever side you choose, either good or evil can be shown while picturing such a building, charged with emotion and faith.

I wanted to shoot a somehow frightening look, as abandonned places can have, like old deserted houses.
With its cross-shaped architecture, its fantastic aura and this unusual look I meant to render, it seemed to me the church was getting closer, higher, and sinister.

Faith can inhabit old stones.

I agree, there is something to be felt when looking at this building.

However, I'm a bit disappointed since getting the picture to this size, for the lower resolution screens to show it properly, made it loose the details quality.

I'm very flattered by your comment, for I really like your works.

i think you owe it to yourself to go inside :D and take pics. its definatley eerie. i say go inside and take some pics of it, maybe around dusk and by the time your done it will be dark and than you can see if the building looks as interesting at dark ;) dont forget your flashlight
